• California Rule 21 - Net Metering
  This is the Net Metering Bill that enables utility consumers to sell electricity back to the utility companies at the same rate that they buy electricity.  SDE, SDG&E, PG&E and SCG all fall under this bill.

  This is the interconnect agreement between SCE and the customer.  All utility customers have similar agreements.
